So I need to utilise this key in order to click on the screen via mouse keys(allowed) by reprogramming the button to be numpad 5. Wondering if this is allowed or I will get banned? Thanks

You won't get banned for that. I used AHK for years until recently to remap keys. Jagex won't care nor even know. They also stated in the past it's fine as 1:1 actions are obviously legal.
