Hello Moderator,

i bought 2 hcim wintertodt ready accounts from xxUndeadxx he said that the accounts where hand trained i asked him that, i paid tried to login and its instantly gets locked. I asked for a refund but he won't give it to me he said read the terms but wtf i told him i pay in euros so he knew im from europe + My own ip used no vpns or proxys so ever

I sold him 2 hcim wintertodt ready accounts and they got locked when he logged in.
It was stated in the terms of service of the discord server where he made the ticket that I won't be responsible for any locks.

 

1. u said the accounts where hand trained i dont believe that 2. irl lives not works that way either is easy to make a term and say im not responsiable for any locks blabla ... im pissed of never buying accounts like this again.

 

1. They were.trained by hand and I don't know why it has anything to do with locks
2. Am I in the wrong that the accounts got locked because of "your" ip issue?

 

@IronatorNL Was there a ToS agreed to prior to this sale? If so please post a screenshot here.

@xxUndeadxx Where did you have him agree to your ToS? Please show me proof of this.

 

@Devil imgur.com i was just joining the discord cc and didnt saw directly the tos its just a thread in there discord he didnt say to me i need to register it before logging im bit new to account buying always training by hand.

 

normally when u join a discord u need to click accept or anything...

 

I didn't have him agree to tos or anything before trading with me, its in the tos channel.

 

@xxUndeadxx You cannot claim zero responsibility as soon as you sell an account. 1 month is the minimum (if you have them agree to your ToS). Additionally, you must have your customers agree to your ToS either by written acknowledgment or by having them click a button to obtain access to your server or to create a ticket. You would have had to show me this normally.

But since he just purchased these accounts and it has been less than 1 month, he is either entitled to a refund or help with unlocking the accounts. The choice between the two is up to @IronatorNL.
