2FA Removal

Hi - this is my second or third post about this. I need my 2FA removed since my new phone didn't transfer the Google Auth. Can someone please advise on this. How can I see if someone responds to this post?

If you found your backup key, you can enter it when it prompts you to enter your 2FA to gain access.
