There is pretty much no way of getting unmuted, Only on rare occasion's will jagex actually give you a THIRD and final chance at appealing your account's mute, wich happened to my barrow's pure 7 month's after it was muted/with out any appeals.
hmm theres some people on scythe that can help u but u have to pay, try the user services sections.

Yep its worth paying a few $ to someone who gets alot of accounts out of bans/black marks.. The few $ could increase the accounts value by alot.
With his last chance appeal gone, there isn't really anyone who would be able to get it un muted.

my friend called in after perm mute.. and he bribed and it worked :S i don't know if it was true but he was perm banned for a month.. he said he'd let his mom call and bribe.. and then a 3 day later he could speak..

yeah one of my old mains is perm muted, but hell, he was like 14/10 black marks and got perm banned with over 300m on him so i was happy to get him unbanned and xfer cash, but gl man.

Well, my account was PERM muted , i begged jagex and they told me to go make a new account.. Pfft so i quit... checked 4months later n i was unban and lost 3 blackmarks.. I asked couple of my muted frends and thats wat happens.

Well my account was perm muted, and it stayed like that for around 2 years but i final logged on to see i was able to speack.. So hopfully it may happen 2 u.. ^_^
