specifically the second thread is where the attention should be given.

The accounts I paid for the service on after they were demanding all payments etc and cut me out were attempted to be recovered, over 80% of the accounts I paid for were stolen and recovered even the ones where I control the original email. I have screenshots from some of the accounts that I still have access too so my theory is "THEY" / Remix / Undertaker2700 attempted to recover every single one of my accounts including the ones I paid for. He had access to the VPN I used to register every account since it was available publicly in the worker discord. This is what an account looks like they couldn't successfully recover - they didn't login to it even tho they had the password? (I didn't change any passwords tbh so they really coulda just jacked all the items etc) but makes me think they just only got ones where the recoveries came back successful.

In the second thread he said I owed $106, he recovered $136 worth of accounts I paid for in services, not including the memberships, items etc.

136-106 = $20 + membership + items he owes me


I seen in a discord that he came from Hackforums a few months back (Powbot I believe, Yoshiki could cross-reference) which makes me believe my speculation is true.

This will be my last post on Sythe, and you will probably not see me in any communities any longer after the last report was "Resolved" I deleted every Runescape related thread and stayed off of Sythe so I don't know what he means by I was "Active" either.


If he decides to repay me, send it to a community repayment of someone who is less fortunate and wasn't able to get their money back from a scammer, thanks.


In the end - I was a victim regardless of what everyone thinks and I took a huge hit on this that I paid out of my own pocket, I had no ill intentions over my actions, I was just trying to help the less fortunate make some money.

First of all, thank you once again for proving that you forgot rage's payment of $40 and Shoko's payment of $66 in your "breakdown" image.
In the first report you said "You're absolutely right about Rageishere, I forgot to send that $40, Shoko I'll have to check the DMs...."

Then later on in DMs you said you'd send shoko's payment as well "In a few days". You then dipped and never again to answer for 2+ weeks despite trying to reach you in here several times and asking people to msg you on discord to ask you to get back to me.
I gave you more time and eventually made another report when I saw that you've been logged on the site several times during those 2+ weeks without answering me.

Then you get tagged by yoshiki and you were active on the site again and refused to answer the report. Eventually you got banned and DNT'd. Which brings me to ...

2 - I find it very convenient how you repeatedly refused to answer me and even refused to answer the report against you for your debt despite being online but then all the sudden you make a report against me with these bullshit claims saying I scammed you and I recovered accounts the day AFTER I get banned for my account security.

I gotta give it to you for that. My ban had nothing to do with your BS report but you managed to make it look like I got banned for scamming you. Causing people to ban me from their servers or question my integrity saying I got banned for scamming lol. Good job you got what you wanted.


As for your bullshit claims about me recovering your accounts, I shouldn't dignify it with a response but against my better judgement here it goes:
I have not recovered any of your accounts. You have no proof I did anything like that except your word. Words from a liar who refused to pay his debts and is mad he got banned for it.
This is literally no difference than Cidla throwing mud in his "counter-report" for $3.50 after he got banned for exit-scamming.
- Being on HF or any other forum does not mean anything
- I have done a lot of things I regret when it comes to RS and the world in general. Everybody got skeletons in their closets and I am no different. I'd gladly answer any concerns and own up to my mistakes and my past. But recovering your accounts is not something I did.
- 4 of your accounts were being worked by one single worker. He linked two of the accounts and left the other two alone. He then moved all the money to one of the accounts he linked when we were disputing the first report. Regardless, what he did was not a part of my instructions and I clearly stated this in my reports and in DMs to you. This person is not a part of the server and hasn't been for quite sometime. I offered to return the money to you but you again shut me down and said you don't care about the accounts or the money. I then sent that money to the community repayment as I promised.

Everything regarding your accounts is posted in the first report. But despite it being resolved and you repeatedly saying "I don't care for the accounts, I don't care about them anymore" yet here you are complaining about something that was resolved twice with clearly no intentions of wanting anything other than to smear my name and ruin my reputation.
Once again, I have been as transparent as I can be. I'll gladly give any mods FULL access to my discord and worker server to audit and check everything.


- I kept my word through out the whole process. I admitted to instructing the workers to link their emails to the accounts since you weren't responding and showed no signs of paying. We had to take this precaution. And the more bullshit that comes out of you the more I feel like it was a good decision.
- I punished the worker who went beyond those instructions and moved money around when he wasn't supposed to.
- I paid that amount of money to the community repayment like I said I would since you refused to accept it on several occasions.
- I gave you more than a few days to pay up for $106 that was missing. I tried reaching you several times. You were online on Sythe but ducked and didn't take the time of day to answer.


Lets look at your record
- You go AWOL for weeks and did not pay the workers. You miraculously appear AFTER the first report was made and say that you're going to pay up and then called me every name on the book for insinuating that you're a scammer.
- You repeatedly said you don't want the accounts back that were linked even though they could be transferred back to you easily. Yet here you are complaining about the very same accounts again.
- You admit to forgetting to pay the $106 and then you said you will pay in a few days but more than two weeks go by and you still haven't paid the $106 despite numerous attempts made to reach you.
- A second report was made against you and despite being online on Sythe you refused to pay or give any kind of indication that you'll pay. You then get banned and DNT'd
- All the sudden you miraculously reappear again the day AFTER I get banned for account security issues to put up some bullshit report with no evidence just words from a lying piece of shit who never paid on time and got called out on his false promises.
- You have quit Sythe and said "this will be the last post" so many times that I've lost count. Yet you always come back to throw some shit around to see what sticks. Like your last report.

Yeah, you're definitely the victim here LOL. A lying sore loser who keeps going right and left with his decisions and is mad because he spent $180 or something on discord bots and then failed running his own server just to literally rage quit it later.



Not only should this person be banned and DNT’d. His entire report should be deleted because it is nothing but a malice attempt to ruin my business and my reputation. It has already affected my reputation, several people had concerns and even went as far as banning me on discord because they assumed I got banned for this shit when in reality it had nothing to do with it.

Ye[/URL]s I did say I’m done with sythe many times however I decided it’s not right for you to get away with this. I was never active. I logged out of Sythe on my browser after the first report was resolved. If there was any activity from my IP it was from mg mobile phone of me typing S and it bringing me to sythe right away. I did no browsing, no checking, nothing. So you can say I was active all you want but I’ve been on the computer for a total of 2-3 hours in the last month. I don’t live at my computer. And I did not fail at running a service, it was pretty successful until you came around.

the only reason I’m still around is because this is bothering me so much it’s constantly on my mind and it’s got me fuming so I’m gonna resolve it and I’m done. I’m requesting a permanent ban or market ban because I will not be active in the marketplace at all.

1 - Tryhard did not pay the workers and was MIA for a while. I instructed the workers to link an email on the account that they were working on as a precaution. It was an impulse decision to try and prevent as much damage as possible. Was it a good decision considering how he shown time and time again that he will not pay on time? I believe so. Do I regret it? I do because of the light it put me in in front of Sythe staff.
2 - After that, I made the first report on Sythe. The total amount he owed was around $1000. This number is how much he owed in orders that customers paid for and around at least 19 accounts that belonged to him if the services were completed. Most of his accounts (If not all) were high end bot builds accounts like SoTe and DS2 which needed a decent amount of GP to be completed. Most of the accounts were not completed and needed more GP to continue being serviced but he did not want to spend anymore GP and asked for the services to be stopped. Some accounts were near completion and some were completed.
3 - When the first report was made, he sent a payment of $529. In the picture he provided where he says "Proof of the payments I broke it down to itman when I sent it" he listed that he paid $561. But only $529 was received.

"$20 mining" - Kangru had placed an order where he would only pay for one skill to be completed at a time. The total order is $126. Tryhard said he will split it $24 each skill. 99FM was completed and itman was paid $20. Then 85mining was completed recently and Tryhard had sent $20 as a part of the $529. He took a $8 cut which is fine. But didn't he say multiple times in the first report that he didn't even charge a commission and accused me of trying to scam him of his commission?

"$300 quest cape" - RobbyM placed a quest cape order and he paid 1050M which is more than $300. Again, He's entitled to a cut that he and the workers agreed on. But I refer you to the point above.

"$15 Sihui" - I can't find anything on this. Should be fine I guess
The rest of the accounts he listed were his personal accounts. The listed prices are NOT the originally agreed amounts. Those are sums he made up as compensation for the work done I guess. These are numbers he decided himself. Which is fine whatever. We settled in the first report already.

4 - Once the first report was resolved and after Tryhard said "keep the accounts" and Yoshiki said he's not reliable for these accounts anymore and he explicitly said to me "You own them" I considered this matter closed. Then I dealt with each worker separately in their respective tickets and asked whether they wish to keep the account they were assigned, want compensation and pass ownership to me or they want to finish the accounts and then sell them. I made a list of each worker and the accounts that were listed to them. I noted down which worker wanted compensation, which wanted to finish, which wanted to keep etc... Everyone was happy and we moved on. We put this behind us and I never said to anyone to link any of his accounts anymore. If anything I specifically said to never touch his accounts especially the ones that were unlinked because they belong to him. If I did find anyone doing so after the case was settled I would've banned those workers. All of this is in the worker's discord and I'd be more than happy to give any Mod or admin access for them to check all the messages.

5 - Regarding HF stuff - I never denied my past. That thread is from 2011 lol. Here is something to rustle your jimmies even more. I was briefly involved in the cracking scene. I used to run checkers and recovered accounts that were leaked. I thought of it as innocent fun since I was only taking virtual goods and not anyone's real money like PP / cc or whatever. I never scammed anyone but I definitely messed with the black market. Even in the black market I was vouched and trusted. But when it started playing with my conscious and gave me actual anxiety and troubles sleeping, I realized it wasn't innocent fun after all and I stopped. This was couple of years ago now. I regret it but I own up to my mistakes and I'm not afraid to admit them. I'm almost 30 and I made a lot of mistakes. But this does not prove any of your dumb theories. My vouches and customers can speak for themselves. Besides, you were in the same cracking server before you left all the RS related servers. Should I accuse you of the same thing?


Missing payment: $66 for a client named "Shoko". They ordered base 70s in all skills. Client paid 220m and tryhard has not sent this money yet. This order was completed on 1st of June despite Tryhard's claims that the orders weren't completed

Hell, I didn't even want to do anything and I double checked with Yoshiki over discord to make sure I don't do anything wrong. Which means if you attempt to recover or log into those accounts it will be considered hacking since they are my property now. "YOU OWN THEM." And you basically provided evidence showing that you tried accessing an account that does not belong to you.

I’ve been dealing with finding a new place to live, a new job, and keeping on top of working 40 hours a week my guy. Yes I’m Mia as fuck. Like I said in my screenshot I got bitcoin to pay up, and when I went to check my accounts almost all of the passwords were changed. This was not the agreement.
You specifically said something along the lines of “which accounts did you pay for so there’s no more confusion and I know what accounts to give the workers” or something like this.

Itman was gonna get the payment literally the day I messaged Jim that if I wanted to bring it up there would be another reason on your ban. Well here we are buddy. I sent you a list of all the accounts that belong to you to confirm which ones are linked and which aren't and you didn't respond with the full list. Eventually I got answers from all the workers that were assigned to your accounts and I made a list of which accs were linked and which weren't. The ones that were linked I asked the workers what they prefer to do with them. For the ones that weren't linked I explicitly told them to not touch the accounts or do anything as they belong to you. Already posted proof of this in my previous messages. But I'm happy to let any mod gain full access to my servers and see with their own eyes. I can also provide this list I made in DMs since it contains sensitive information.

Bottom line is, you saw I was banned and you wanted to make it about you. Now you're saying you want this to be over with even though you're the one who started this shit up again by posting pictures of yourself attempting to access an account that does not belong to you. Insinuating that I instructed the workers to do this or that or flat out accused me of recovering/hacking your accounts myself with no proof. Just baseless theories.

You're right my bad on this one. Yes I do agree with you, me being MIA is very unprofessional from a business standpoint, but that's also why I removed myself from it and gave it over to Itman, it's not my fault he couldn't keep the server running and turned to working with you. I expected him to run it himself - he would interact with customers in the tickets already, what's stopping him from now taking payments etc?

As I said in the Original report, the accounts didn't get the passwords changed - but some of the accounts with no linked email were left alone completely...?
And almost every account I had the original email for - no longer the email on the account - no longer the password.

Why would I not make sure everything is still secure before I sent the payment when I did not have time to change anything? It's perfectly logical especially in this situation we went through where you had them secure my accounts in the past.

As for being "Reckless" at this point I really don't care dude. I'm fed up with this shit super bad, I got dinner over an hour ago and forgot to eat it, just threw it away. Content of the report: As for the accounts issue, this was already resolved in the first report. He refused any account that was linked, Yoshiki said I own them, it was done and closed. I never instructed any worker to do anything to his accounts beyond the first time prior to the first report. So any linked account was already linked most likely before the first report was even resolved. Regardless I wrote down which account was linked and which wasn't as soon as the worker / tryhard answered me.

It was an impulse decision to try and prevent as much damage as possible. Was it a good decision considering how he shown time and time again that he will not pay on time? I believe so. Do I regret it? I do because of the light it put me in in front of Sythe staff.
2 - After that, I made the first report on Sythe. The total amount he owed was around $1000. This number is how much he owed in orders that customers paid for and around at least 19 accounts that belonged to him if the services were completed. Most of his accounts (If not all) were high end bot builds accounts like SoTe and DS2 which needed a decent amount of GP to be completed. Most of the accounts were not completed and needed more GP to continue being serviced but he did not want to spend anymore GP and asked for the services to be stopped. Some accounts were near completion and some were completed.
3 - When the first report was made, he sent a payment of $529. In the picture he provided where he says "Proof of the payments I broke it down to itman when I sent it" he listed that he paid $561. But only $529 was received.

"$20 mining" - Kangru had placed an order where he would only pay for one skill to be completed at a time. The total order is $126. Tryhard said he will split it $24 each skill. 99FM was completed and itman was paid $20. Then 85mining was completed recently and Tryhard had sent $20 as a part of the $529. He took a $8 cut which is fine. But didn't he say multiple times in the first report that he didn't even charge a commission and accused me of trying to scam him of his commission?

"$300 quest cape" - RobbyM placed a quest cape order and he paid 1050M which is more than $300. Again, He's entitled to a cut that he and the workers agreed on. But I refer you to the point above.

"$15 Sihui" - I can't find anything on this. Should be fine I guess
The rest of the accounts he listed were his personal accounts. The listed prices are NOT the originally agreed amounts. Those are sums he made up as compensation for the work done I guess. These are numbers he decided himself. Which is fine whatever. We settled in the first report already.

4 - Once the first report was resolved and after Tryhard said "keep the accounts" and Yoshiki said he's not reliable for these accounts anymore and he explicitly said to me "You own them" I considered this matter closed. Then I dealt with each worker separately in their respective tickets and asked whether they wish to keep the account they were assigned, want compensation and pass ownership to me or they want to finish the accounts and then sell them. I made a list of each worker and the accounts that were listed to them. I noted down which worker wanted compensation, which wanted to finish, which wanted to keep etc... Everyone was happy and we moved on. We put this behind us and I never said to anyone to link any of his accounts anymore. If anything I specifically said to never touch his accounts especially the ones that were unlinked because they belong to him. If I did find anyone doing so after the case was settled I would've banned those workers. All of this is in the worker's discord and I'd be more than happy to give any Mod or admin access for them to check all the messages.

5 - Regarding HF stuff - I never denied my past. That thread is from 2011 lol. Here is something to rustle your jimmies even more. I was briefly involved in the cracking scene. I used to run checkers and recovered accounts that were leaked. I thought of it as innocent fun since I was only taking virtual goods and not anyone's real money like PP / cc or whatever. I never scammed anyone but I definitely messed with the black market. Even in the black market I was vouched and trusted. But when it started playing with my conscious and gave me actual anxiety and troubles sleeping, I realized it wasn't innocent fun after all and I stopped. This was couple of years ago now. I regret it but I own up to my mistakes and I'm not afraid to admit them. I'm almost 30 and I made a lot of mistakes. But this does not prove any of your dumb theories. My vouches and customers can speak for themselves. Besides, you were in the same cracking server before you left all the RS related servers. Should I accuse you of the same thing?


Missing payment: $66 for a client named "Shoko". They ordered base 70s in all skills. Client paid 220m and tryhard has not sent this money yet. This order was completed on 1st of June despite Tryhard's claims that the orders weren't completed
Missing payment: $40 for a client named "rageishere". He ordered base 70s in all skills if I'm correct. The client owed $20 which was sent directly to me when the order was completed. This order was completed on May 26th despite Tryhard's claims that the orders weren't completed.

Then you post this screenshot today, insinuating that you didn't pay the missing payments because the accounts weren't finished even though they were completed over 2+ weeks ago.

And last but not least, You didn't want us to transfer the accounts back to you despite me offering several times. You said they are mine and that I should sell them etc etc.. and you didn't want to pay anymore. I waited for the report to be resolved before I moved forward with the accounts. Hell, I didn't even want to do anything and I double checked with Yoshiki over discord to make sure I don't do anything wrong. Which means if you attempt to recover or log into those accounts it will be considered hacking since they are my property now. "YOU OWN THEM." And you basically provided evidence showing that you tried accessing an account that does not belong to you.

Congratulations, you played yourself. Stop touching MY accounts.

Side note - Its ironic how you are constantly MIA when you have payments to make and only "access sythe by accident by typing S on mobile" but now all the sudden you're active trying to smear my name and cause as much damage as you can to my reputation because my account is banned due to different reasons entirely. You might've not directly said I got banned because of you. I have provided enough evidence to refute all of his claims. If you need access to my discord servers and want to audit them then please be my guest and do so. But enough of this guy. He was literally bound to be reported and banned.

Think about it.
He leaves his own server with the money without saying a word to any of the customers. Which I took care of and even allowed them to keep their discount ranks from his server and upgraded them on mine. Come check their feedback to me and you'll see. Now he's dragging my name through the mud and attempting to access accounts that do not belong to him anymore. SO many reasons to get rid of this asshole.

I believe I provided enough evidence to shut this report down and delete it. A lot of damage has been caused to my server and my mental health. I've had enough stress from this and I would love for it to be resolved soon.

 

@CodyBanks unfortunately we can not hold @undertaker2700 liable for these accounts as you are the one who created them. There is no way to proof here if the accounts got recovered and if so by whom. It's not a very great idea to create accounts and share the recovery info with other people as it can lead to issues like these.

@undertaker2700 your ban had nothing to do with this report. There was reason to believe your account may have been compromised and you were therefore instructed to recover it. I'm sorry for the issues it has caused.
