Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
Issue during service, customer wanted refund, was unable to pay back immediately.. however I DID pay back. Issues in real life were effecting this. And had limit access to a pc at the house I was at.

Anything else you wish to say:
I understand I should have been able to refund right away and there was communication issues, but I never once intended on scamming. Since then, I’m in a better situation and will be able to fully focus on work. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and I understand what I did was wrong.
