Hi there,

I don't believe he is scamming, however, I placed an order to have some things done on my iron, as seen in pics - his worker says typically 1min-8h but can take up to 24h. It was near 24h with no update, then took 1.5h+ to get a response on a refund. Then he mutes me in the server so I can't say anything else because I'm "trolling" but all I said was :L after my message. He says he cant process refunds himself for whatever reason & have to wait on someone else, but nobody in this server answers. It has been a very unpleasent experience and to then be muted when trying to sort this out is frustrating. If it was going to take longer, in the message with the timeline, it should say up to 72h, not 1min-8h but typically 24h. Any assistance is appreciated.

hello,

so this customer order did not get picked in 24 hours, the reason being is posted in the hidden post below ( reason its hidden because we dont want other servers to take this tactic that we created on our own)

we did not tell him this however. this is beside the case. this customer has agreed Before creating a ticket that the (REFUND CASE) order will take place if the order has passed 72 hours which can be shown in the TOS below. ( which he agreed on. but he did not bother to read the TOS.

this is for refunds, we told this customer in the ticket that it typically takes around 24 hours or so for job to be picked on. but that doesnt mean if its not under 24 hours it means we have to refund. the refund reason is in the TOS he agreed on.

i told him i will make an exception and refund, and he kept saying : "owner cant refund :L" and kept trash talking which i deleted those comments as i saw them as disrespectful and that was going nowhere.

i told him i will refund and that ill mute him cuz i dont wanna argue anymore and he should wait. he wants refund instantly ( which i dont even have to because of the TOS he agreed on) he opened a report because he wants to keep arguing and disrespecting. which i do not tolerate. i told him i would refund and he opened a report. . let me know admins if i have to refund or he has to wait 72 hours according to the TOS i have placed.

I only said, "owner cant refund? :L" once to you - you can see yourself saying :L over and over again in the screenshots. I wasn't trash talking you at all. The screenshots I provided show the timeframe for an order being picked up, if it is different, then it should be mentioned to me. It does show where it says you say you will make an exception for a refund. However, you go on to block me and cut off all conversation with me and tell your staff not to refund because I posted this thread, due to you blocking me from talking and not helping. Why wouldn't you have to refund me? I gave you GP, I got no service done, untimely responses and you're rude to me afterwards and block me, a refund only seems fair - this has been a terrible experience and I just wanted my services completed, or my gp back so I can have a server who has time capability to complete the work. Again, your worker shows in my screenshots 1min-8h typically. You didn't respond to me for over 1.5h, you're not friendly in the slightest either.

i told u i will refund, and u made a report. so now that its reported i cannot do any action until sythe admins tell me what to do. that is how it works, otherwise what is the report for?

that's what i know in sythe once a report has been made i cannot make any decision of my own. that is what i know and that is why i told my own admins to not refund. because we don't know what outcome you or sythe admins wants out of this.

Best regards.

The report is because you blocked communications with me on discord. I even say in the first sentence, I don't believe I'm being scammed, but here's what happened : since you wanted to be rude to me in discord + stop me from speaking in channel, no other server has ever done this. Very poor experience but yes, I'm intrigued to see what admins say. Clearly you're not going to refund me if you tell them not to + try and get out of it on sythe when theres been nothing but poor customer service & no work done on the account whatsoever. I think a refund should definitely be in order.

Looking forward to hearing staffs outlook on this situation.

as soon as i came online i checked the ticket and told u you will get refunded, and u keep talking about 1.5Hours, there is no rule whatsoever that states u will get refunded instantly after 24 hours from what we have told you, neither does the TOS. we sell the gold to avoid bans and we would have to buy the gold back. its been literally 30 minutes since i last spoke to you, and u

here it states u asked for a refund 30 minutes ago and u are not getting any response: ❓┊complaint-0012 - Discord (gyazo.com)
so u expect us to refund instantly, which i told the admins as soon as they get on PC they will refund, but u chose to open a report instead. so here we are, and now i am waiting to being told what to do.

I never opened the report because I'm not being refunded instantly. For the third time, I opened the report because YOU blocked communications on discord. As the owner of the server, you should be able to do refunds too. You have the same roles as your assistant managers, so you should be able to do the same jobs. I'd like to hear from the sythe staff on what they think further.

its frustrating because our TOS literally says that there is no refunding after u have paid and that ur order will be refunded if it take 72 hours.

and u asked for a discount and we agreed on that discount and gave u extra.

and then u made a complaint to be refunded and i made an exception and u still trash talked to me and disrespected. and i told u u will get refunded and u still opened a report.

this is literally abuse.

nah you cannot force who does the refunds. you as a customer must agree to how our system works, u have read the TOS and u have agreed to them but u opened a report because of something else. i was going out of my way making an exception to refund you, and u were trash talking me. u are abusing us at this point and we dont appreciate it.

"this is literally abuse."

You're the one holding my money for doing no work and trying to keep it. I wanted my money back to have the services done elsewhere, where the workers have time to offer a response or correct expectations set. You trolled me on discord, blocked me from typing in complaint & ticket channel and come on here thinking you should also be able to keep the money and think it's abuse? weird.

You're not telling the full story here. Screenshots show, again, I'd prefer not to speak with you until I'm getting my refund. In the meantime, as mentioned 2-3x already, I'd like to just leave it to hear what sythe staff have to say in the meantime. If you wanted to have this sorted, you could have been diplomatic with me in discord and not cut off communications.

you kept disrespecting me in complaint and i told u the managers will tag you when they are online. and i did not wanna argue anymore. so i muted you, muting you doesnt mean you will not get refunded, it means we will not argue anymore and managers would DM you to refund you ( WHich i dont even have to because u agreed to the TOS). but you opened a report instead. so now we will wait for sythe confirmation to know what to do. Since customer did agree to TOS so lets stick to TOS for now.

I didn't disrespect you, do you have any screenshots? Because I showed the ones where you were disrespecting me. You as an owner, should have better customer service and be able to have a diplomatic conversation without muting me from speaking in the channels. Lets stick to leaving the sythe staff saying what should be done in the meantime. After all, you did say you'd refund, right?

here you have said " so owner cannot refund :L"?
what does L Mean? from a google search that is what is giving me Urban Dictionary: L so u called me a loser because i couldn't refund instantly and told managers to refund you. the way our refunds work is whoever processed the ticket refunds. and you mocked me for trying to refund you. and here are the deleted comments. i cannot continue having this disrespect and someone calling me a loser just because he thinks he is a customer and i should submit to him i made an exception to refund you and yet you called me a loser. i am a human afterall and respect is everything to me. if you cannot keep respect and not calling who is trying to help you out a loser then we do not wanna offer services to you nor do we have to. i simply muted the chat and told u here u will get refunded: ❓┊complaint-0012 - Discord - Gyazo

i have thousands of good reviews and alot of good reviews daily because we care for our customers, sometimes mistakes do happen but we do our best. you can look at our feedback. we try to fix problems internally rather than having a report, however for your case i tried to help you and u called me a loser for doing so.
we gave u extra discount, was setting up a refund that goes against our TOS. and u still called me that and expect me to "be diplomatic"? how can i be diplomatic when you are treating me with this behavior.

I said :L because you were saying it back to me, which I included in my original screenshot. If you wanted to resolve this you would work with me and you would have went on to say that only the person handling it could.

You can see in my original screenshots, I included where I said "Owner cant refund? :L" then you keep saying :L to me. You don't tell me any of these things, I don't get any response on ticket for well over the time mentioned, I can't get any response from anyone in the server, and when you come to speak with me you're downright rude as well. Poor customer service when someones already frustrated only fuels the fire, instead of offering me an explanation and trying to resolve things for me & in a timely manner after already experiencing frustration. You just immediately jump to being rude and not helpful.

that is incorrect, in your screenshot it says you will get refunded. and you opened a report instead. what explanation you want when you asking for a refund? you asked for a refund and i told you you will get refunded. you immediately called me a loser for it. how can i resolve things with you when i told you you will get refunded and yet u called me a loser? im confused.

As mentioned for the fourth time now - because you cut off communications via discord, couldn't conversate with me and then told them not to refund - instead of, again, as mentioned in my last message - telling me that only Raven could refund - you were rude and thats included in my screenshots. You didn't say any of that to me in discord and you cut off communications instead of just simply saying that. If you handled it properly and offered explanations and had a proper conversation this would of never got posted to begin with. It looks quite unprofessional on your part in my opinion.

do not expect utmost respect when you have disrespected me, you asked " owner cannot refund :L" basically calling me a loser and i told you i simply cannot and kept spamming me with :L, and u expect an explanation after that disrespect? it can be seen in the screenshots above. again respect is everything to me and u kept disrespecting and arguing and calling me a loser just because i simply couldn't refund you instantly, and i told you im muting u cuz you kept arguing and calling me a loser for no reason. and the last thing i said was u will get refunded, simply that.
i dont tolerate disrespect in my server. i can mute you for it because i keep respect high in there. and i told u u will get refunded. but you opened a report, it was going nowhere so i decided to mute chat better than arguing back and fourth and u opened a report and here we are. and admins will decide what shall we do.

thank you.
