Wrongfully Banned?

Well I know it said you can't make another account but, I quit rs for about a year or so and decided to come back. So I went to log on to my favorite rs site sythe.org and im banned...It said for sigex I don't even know what know what it means...and I haven't even been online to do anything to get banned. If anyone has more info on what sigex even means please let me know.
