    Explanation of the trade:
    I simply wanted common practices to be followed. A simple Sythe PM, proof of the Xeros gold in question. Every step of the way he was hesitant to make me feel secure and fought me everytime I wanted routine practices to be followed.
    How they scammed:
    Refused to PM me initially, and still has refused to send me proof of the GP he is selling on Xeros. Also refused to sell in increments.

    This is a joke right? I won't try to embarrass you or anything, but you're literally proving my point. You legit said YOU had 2b, and then when I ask for only 1B you say your "client" has it. You're digging your hole deeper and anyone with any sense will see this.

    I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt and RISK getting scammed out of 1B, but you have made this whole thing even shadier than I thought.

    Alrighty, you've brought up a few accusations and reasons why you think Impact Gold should receive a TWC.

    1. Refusing to send a verification PM.
    We highly encourage users to send a proper verification PM. Although it could be considered suspicious, sellers are not obligated to follow this protocol. However, if they do send a verification it must contain important info such as the unique Discord ID.

    2. Refusing to send proper proof of owning Xeros Gold.
    A seller can have reasonable arguments to not do this, as the RSPS market can be sketchy with RSPS staff baiting people.

    3. Refusing to do increments.
    This is not against the rules either. A seller can have multiple reasons not to want this, but you as a buyer are free to not comply and take your business elsewhere.

    4. Impact gold doesn't have the gold himself
    Impact gold is outsourcing this trade as he doesn't own the gold himself, but it's his friend/client. He did notify you the following ''I'm waiting for my friend to connect''. This implies he was depending on his friend to do the trade, but is overall a vague statement. Since no trade occurred yet, no further punishment will be issued here.
    @Impact Gold I advise you to properly notify your customers when you outsource an order. Perhaps there was a ToS here that states you may outsource, if that's the case this point can be ignored.

    Regarding the first point, I quote The Official Sythe.org Rules
    The confirmation PM in question did not contain a Discord name or Unique Discord ID. This warrants a TWC which can be disputed in 30 days.

    I did not see any messages that suggest Mark bamf was blackmailing you. The way I see it, he tried to resolve it with you.
