Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
I was TWC'd for poor trading practices, I was accepting current orders for graphics whilst I hadn't completed an order a half day past the 24hour promised return time for a previous client and failed to let the client know any updates until after a report was made and I received a DNT.


Anything else you wish to say: I just wish to say I understand why this was imposed and I should have not taken further orders until my current order had been complete due to it being past due.
I am a lot older and more mature than I was years ago when this offence took place and am embarrassed by my excuses back then. I wish to continue offering my services here as a designer and would love to start a clean slate after 3 years.

My commitment is to continue to complete further orders, respecting agreed up on time and to always communicate progress with my client. To not take on orders I cannot accept whilst I have current order deadlines.
