I enjoy doing some nostalgic hustling and having good discussions from time to time.

Im also trying to pick up on some new skills (programming) and this community is the perfect environment for that.

 

Didnt pay attention in school.
Played every MMORPG from Tibia to World of Warcraft.
Smoked weed.
Focused more on finding a relationship and starting a family rather than applying myself for a proper job to build a life on.
Put all of my time and energy into shitty retail dead end jobs.
Woke up and was 30 with 2 kids, a shit job, a strong work ethic, trapped in a life I didn't think I'd be stuck in.
There's a golden ticket hidden on this website somewhere that will help me find my way.

 

Off-topic and unasked advice, but I couldn't help myself not to respond. Don't bank too much on it. The market is slowly dying, hypercompetitive, just too small as a whole to feed us all, and there are better opportunities elsewhere. It just takes a relatively small amount of time to pick up a skill/degree that will be a big upgrade to your paygrade. I'd focus on that if I were you. Unless you're from a third-world country, this market most likely won't bring bread to your family table (and you really don't want to rely on it). You're still young enough to pick new stuff up. I've seen people in their 40s switch their careers up by 180 degrees.
