Hello,
Unfortunately after contacting Onesome today and thinking we had finally come to a solution. Onesome tries to hit me yet again with another one. I was in agreeance that I was liable for all refunds had Onesome kept his account, and had none of these issues happened (Had services gone as planned). Onesome admits himself that he lost the account and the account is in the "bin" meaning in 180 days Onesome can't even cashout the account to pay me. So the money that Onesome owes me is coming from his own pocket.
Onesome wants to get me as badly as he can. First he wanted to bet me $1,000 the he would win the scam report against him, I won. Unfortunately I cannot post proof of that because I'm not in the groupchat anymore and I know Onesome won't post it. Now he wants to charge me for any chargeback on the account THAT HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO. I agree if Onesome still had access to the account I would be liable for chargebacks, but he admits himself that he doesn't have access to the account. So chargeback quite literally have no affect on him, he just wants as much money as he can get.
Not only that, but since I called him out for such a thing. He is now telling me that I have to wait the 180 days. Which I disagree because he doesn't have access to the PayPal account, and he admitted he doesn't have a way to cash it out. So the PayPal account and 180 days at this point has nothing to do with the money he owes me.
I've posted the conversation below, in which I agree I am liable for PayPal refunds but I follow it up with the question asking if he is appealing his account. I ask that question because why would I be liable for chargebacks if they don't affect Onesome in any way? If they did I would pay them.
So now he is going to make me wait 180 days, which I don't understand why @video said in the first place as I believe I stated in the thread Onesome said he can't cashout the account.
Please I want this to be over with, but Onesome keeps sticking me out...
