Explanation of the trade: He completed a hefty service for me which I had paid him 45M for.
We discussed it VIA discord and confirmed everything VIA sythe PM. After the completion of the first service he wanted a 100M job that I was looking to get done.
How they scammed: After he completed the first service for me I figured why not give him a shot to level up the account a bit more and do a bigger service for me. We agreed that I would pay him after the service was completed but a day or two into the service he started asking for money.
Due to my nature & him being from Venezuela I figured I'd help him and sent him 10$ of the 35$ worth of service he was working on. I ordered some slayer along with a handful of other things which required some bank gear worth of items. I knew he was a newer/less reputable member so obviously I basically emptied bank and only left necessities.
He took roughly 20-25M worth of supplies/gold ontop of the 10$ worth of BTC that I had sent him.

I assumed that the same TOS applied on the second order & after the 10$ upfront payment I stated the rest would be paid after completion of service.

 

Honestly though, I don't expect to get anything back. I ordered from a newer person strictly because of the price difference between them and someone reputable. I took the gamble and it just happened the dice rolled against me. I accept this as a loss I probably will never get back I just want others to be aware so they do not deal with him.

 

yes I was inactive for a day that was yesterday Sunday and only because I have my grandmother in the hospital but I told my wife to help me with work but she did not answer because she does not know how to speak English and now he says that I robbed her bank from the beginning i was legitimate i worked more than 12 hours on his account and it is the truth he gave me $10 in advance on friday i have the screenshots of all the work he was doing for his account what logic me had to work more than 12 hours to steal 25m

 

these are the terms of the first job that was agreed

Terms: All levels must be completed with a SS showing full screen displaying full XP gained.
All Quests must show a SS of quest completion screen with a full screen.
You must be using Runelite Client.

Yes it is true @runrstar was working 12+ hours a day on the account until the time of the accident occurring. He is right though, i have no proof that he took my items other then the fact they are gone & the little bit of GE history that is left over.

he did not touch any other skills & the only one he completed was the woodcutting.
I have no reason to lie about 25M + 10$ BTC. I do services myself for companies, have been around for a while & have sold a heft amount of gold. This amount is a petty amount just clarifying things and making others aware before they deal with you.

you very well know that I did not take anything, do not be silly and dramatic because I did not answer you. I will pay you your miserable 25m, I will not give the 10$ because I already did some things. @Devil can you be an intermediary to take these 25m? I think if I do it directly with him he can say I scammed him again lol

not once have i ever insulted you or called you any name other then a scammer for stealing my items. No one is being dramatic, simply pointing out after how you had access, things came missing. If you do not want to deal with my directly that is fine, I will take the payment back from whoever has it.
Please quit trying to play the innocence role, it is a petty 25M + 10$ BTC, why would any scam that amount & what sense does it make for me to take it from myself? To deal with a lengthy report? I only made this post in hopes that if nothing happens to you at least others are aware what happened during our transactions.
If you don’t want to meet with me directly for repayment that is okay, I will meet whomever

 

For the same reason, it does not make sense that he would work more than 12 hours and then steal from you I would have ripped you off from the first moment you gave me the job

The logic of someone who scams never makes sense & if you try to make logic out of it, you’ll never find a answer.
Why nothing came missing sooner, I cannot answer that as I am not the one who took it. The only logic i can come up with is that you were in hopes that I would load the account with more value as you earned my trust & as soon as the account had the smallest more value, everything came missing.
Regardless this back and forth between you and I is going nowhere. You claim your not a scammer but all my items were missing. @Devil can we have some input when you get the chance.

There is no way to prove who took the items. It is up to @runrstar whether or not he wants to refund 25m. Regarding the 10$, based off what you say is completed and the monetary values you assigned to each skill, it would roughly equate to $10 of completed work. You guys didn't state a timeframe in the ToS also. He was only MIA for 1 day and that isn't reason enough to assume he wouldn't finish the service. I understand you say items were missing and you don't want him on the account again.

But again, there is no way to prove the lost wealth. The only thing I can do is determine how much work he did do and it seems he did ~ 30m worth of work based off your evaluations.

Unless @runrstar wants to pay you the 25m, there isn't much that can be done here.

 

If he chooses to refund me, I would appreciate it as it is missing. This is more or less a judgement of character & basically just a warning for others before they attempt to use him. 25M back or not to me won’t break me but the risk others may have if using him in the near future is what comes to my concern.
if my 25M went missing and he can easily get away with this, whos to say this doesn’t happen to his next person. He may not even fix this “wrong”

 

Ya unfortunately like I stated before, there is no way to prove who removed the wealth. You should always remove wealth prior to a service being started. I understand you left gear to complete slayer but there isn't any way to prove who took it. The prices you were paying for these skills were very low. I'd recommend paying more to a larger provider if you want better security of items you decide to leave on the account.

I will lift your DNT @runrstar. Please create a better ToS for future orders and state a timeline for it to be finished.
