pardon of my twc and why wont my PMs work

so basically i "attempted to scam 2$" about 6 months ago but it was a mis understanding of what i had for sale and the guys name was harley or something but im beyond that i just want to be able to use scythe as a regular user and my ban evades were to appeal my bans/twc and if u look there were no more scam attempts on the accounts that were marked for ban evasion i just want to be pardoned as i have stopped with the giftcard buisness and moved on please give me one more chance
