Explanation of the trade:
User purchased an account for €99 on September 22nd, through my webshop. Account was automatically delivered by the system, and user has downloaded the account details 5 times:



How they scammed:
He claims that the account got recovered/hacked and that the account was later recovered back by him. He claims that the account was banned when he recovered it back.

He has not contacted me regarding this personally, instead he opened a PayPal dispute.

I suspect he got the account banned himself and then opened a PayPal dispute to get his money back.

In my opinion these screenshots don't really prove anything yet, if possible I would like to get some help on verifying his screenshots to see if it's actually the correct account, and also if the dates/times are real and line up with his story.
