Acckings - requesting permission to advertise

Hello,

I'm writing this with permission of @Chicks.

As some of you know we've bought acckings.com somewhere in 2019/2020. This site was previously owned by Bus369/Divine/@Pain. He's currently banned here for reasons unrelated to the website, and as far as I know, all of the ties he has to the site are also cut, but I'm too inactive to know.

Regardless due to his ban, the disputes and I think the fact that he was forbidden to advertise acckings at one point - we're curious how we're currently standing. I've discussed this a couple times with @video but we were unable to get in touch with him later on in regards to this subject.

Is @Chicks allowed to setup new threads to advertise acckings? Are we allowed to report older threads to be redacted which were accusing the website of scams? Are we held responsible for any debts, caused by the previous owners?

We're looking forward to your answer, to have this cleared up once and for all.
