Acckings.com false paypal dispute

Hey, so I dont know if this is the right place to post this on but I will try my luck and please move this to right place if it isn't.

So I sold one of my old accounts I succesfully ban appealed on to acckings.com and everything went smooth, received my payment via paypal and gave them all the information they requested, their support agent I dealed with also confirmed everything is good. But yesterday (like 3 weeks after the deal) I saw my paypal account had negative balance of 130$ (which was the price of the account). I already had withdrawn the funds from my paypal account so that is why it went negative.

Anyways, I have not recovered the account and I have no intend to, but is there anything I can do to resolve this with paypal? They made an chargeback that just said "did not receive the goods". Can paypal take this money from my bank account without my permission if the issue goes into buyers favor? I have both bank account and debit card linked to paypal, and would rather not pay this money back to them when I did everything as we agreed for.
