Link the current Sythe account: Not sure if person has a sythe account. I have put his IP in a deleted posted.
Which violation you are reporting the user for: Customer didn't send the Cashapp BTC (I can't locate the Cashapp BTC). The transaction has happened over 1 month ago on July 2, 2021, but upon auditing my books, I can't locate the transaction anywhere in my different wallets and have reviewed the chat and I believe that the transaction was never sent. I am seeking more information from the customer.

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Customer potentially never sent the payment method. We have already delivered the goods.

If there is no sythe account associated with the IP, there is no point in continuing I guess so I won't provide proof like the chat if thats okay.

I ended up finding the transaction, Forgot that sometimes exporting transactions from payment methods can leave one out. My mistake, thank you.
