I want to start out by saying that the matters reported here need to remain private for both personal safety and legal reasons.

@Cyrilblazen has been permanently banned for severe misuse of personal information. This offense was committed outside the scope of their employment with @Chicks, meaning Chicks is not liable for said offense as their employer.

There has also been ample evidence presented that OP has also engaged in severe misconduct both on and off-site. Meaning they will be returned to a permanent ban and they are ineligible to request a pardon for 6 months, beginning today.

With regard to compensation and damages, all involved parties have expressed interest in pursuing damages legally and are free to do so.

However, it means that they are not entitled to seek a ruling here as well. In a previous ruling Sythe stated that users must choose a specific lane for their disputes, wherein they can pursue compensation or damages, and said users must accept whatever ruling comes from the lane they chose.
