i need a way to get my paypal verified i dont have a bank account or a cc
i saw when you go to add bank all the numbers r on a check what if i used my dads check would they take money out of the bank or anything and wud my dad ever find out?

Is this to be able to have a spending limit? If it is, make an account with www.paypal.com.au and you will begin with a $1400 spending limit.

I also heard somewhere you can verify your account via SMS? Again, maybe this is just on the .com.au paypal.
