• Anything you wish to add: It's almost been 3 years since I was banned, that's a long time. I'm almost 25 years old now. To today there has never been a scam report or issue on me since. I dont know how many accounts I sold but my old records alone show it's over 1000, even 3 years later I never recovered or attempted to scam anything. I have nothing to do with AK anymore. I'll save the long winded stuff for if I get the opportunity to pardon.

What is the reasoning behind the DNT denial and what debts are you referencing? I literally wrote the entire DNT system. I think I would be aware if I had a disqualifying activity occurring that would not allow me to have a DNT. Let me reference my own system and your own rules I suppose(which I wrote);

Aug 25, 2016 at 12:17 AM is the original post date of the DNT system by Sythe. I was punished after this date, which means my permanent ban never should of been a permanent ban in the first place.

2nd off, let me set something straight. I was asked to write a system that operated outside of staff
jurisdiction what the fuck do you mean "staff decided"? Staff have no influence over DNT @Andy Read the sticky, do you see anything about staff approval? No. That's because when Richard and I discussed it all those years ago it was designed to ALWAYS be approved without staff interference.

Are there no old staff left? Do the new staff seriously get told that staff have influence over DNT? You guys do not determine who does and does not get a DNT. They are ALWAYS given upon request.

Let me quote you from the sticky Richard wrote;

• DNT acknowledges that people make mistakes and can change.
• DNT acknowledges that people should not be continually punished for past mistakes; that punishment is finite and once served should not be served again for the same event (double jeopardy)
• DNT allows the community spirit to continue while debts are being repaid.

My ban reason if you can believe it is Self vouching(2nd offence). There was never any reports on me relating to scamming, and even if there was; I would still be approved for a DNT regardless of whether it was $1 or $1000.

Surely superfluous or some of the older staff remember that staff do not have jurisdiction over issuing DNT's? The rank is suppose to always be given to promote permanently banned users from the past and ban evaders to return in a limited way.

You guys are old enough staff to remember what DNT was designed to be for. Do your jobs and fix this shit. If staff are involved in deciding DNT you might as-well remove the rank. The rank was designed to elminate staff biases and offer a limited path back to users to stop having walls of banned users and promote community activity, this system has bought sythe years more. You better not be fucking up the shit I wrote that saved this forum by having a staff orgy over every DNT request.

Tl;dr 1= My ban should of been a DNT in the first place not a permanent ban according to the forum owner's own DNT post.

tl;dr 2 = Even if the ban was placed correctly permanently(which it could not of been see tl;dr 1) staff do not have jurisdiction over if someone gets a DNT or not, administrators issue them and that's it.

I'm going to tag @Sythe because God forbid I make a thread without doing so for old times sake.

I'm not going to get long winded since I've already wrote a serious response and a semi-trolling one to poke some holes in that ego staff have developed and I'm starting to understand why if you guys have violated the checks and balances system that DNT was suppose to represent.

Let me make something clear, abundantly clear;

I have the original documents and entire write up of DNT that was passed onto Sythe on my old laptop, even the rank you guys use today was made by ME. I designed DNT word for word. There is a reason that staff do not have power to decide who gets DNT and who does not. DNT was to act as a checks and balance on staff's power, when it was designed there were rampant issues with elite dust, gun, myself, talon, grave and 5-10 other major community members and back during this time how everything was being seen as having extreme staff bias and staff being vague and unclear about evidence and hiding it. Clearly you have fallen back into old habits. DNT is not a system staff govern, it is a system that governs staff. Administrators issue the rank, nothing else. You guys have the power to apply the DNT rules to DNT users, but not the power to decide who gets a DNT or not. DNT was designed to allow a fast-path back for any users that want to return to the community or discord without staff interference. This was for a large variety of reasons and Sythe hit most of them in the sticky given. Do you see any mention of staff determining who gets DNT's? No. Because the system is a check on staff power to let people staff may hold grudges or have biases against back into the community and to boost activity without the hassle of a long winded dispute or pardon that ultimately gets denied. If you try to say that you have the power to decide who gets a DNT or not, then you only prove my point that staff have gone past powercreeping into violating the checks and balances put on the team. DNT is pointless if staff govern who comes back and who does not; that is the pardon's system job and staff retain that ultimate power, if you respond to this thread saying you as a team discussed DNT and decided u have the power now to decide who is issued them you might as-well permanently remove DNT because you have violated it's fundamental principle to act as a check on your power against community users that may want to return in a limited way.

I would make sure you make the correct choice here and issue my DNT. I meet the requirements and frankly, you dont have the right to not issue it. Staff do not govern issuing DNT's, you govern the people with them through the DNT rules. I would remind staff that my system bought this forum years, arguably saved it from it's inevitable death because DNT acts as a fast-track back that moves aside the lengthy staff process, staff discussions and staff team's opinons in favor of a quick return and ease.

Seriously. I'm serious here, if you guys are governing who gets DNT's delete the system because you've ruined it's purpose.

Your original permanent ban was valid as shown by the rules quote in the report on you here: [FAKE VOUCHER] Bus369 / Divine / Pain should be perm banned for fake vouching. TWICE!.

Since that ban you have used other users to evade your ban and gain access to the markets, which is against our rules. There is also another instance of this that occurred more recently. In addition, you owe a debt to another user as I stated previously. Proof of both of these is in a deleted post above for staff to see.

We are well within our rights to refuse to grant you a DNT as you clearly have no respect for the rules of this site. If you wish to return to Sythe in any capacity you will need to resolve your debts and Request a Pardon.

This is not up for any further discussion.
