Which violation you are reporting the user for: Market Manipulation

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Advertising the same name in multiple listings knowingly. I contacted @xmagicianx1 via his sythe post which I've linked below. He then referred me to contact Alex or Achilles.

I will take down the post but I wasn't manipulating any market.

 

Ah, thank you for bringing this to my attention @Sexd it seems we missed this and are thankful you caught this early.

I have spoken to @xmagicianx1 and requested he remove the post at his earliest convenience.

 

Also @Sexd the name we are listing for him is currently being leaked in this report due to a misformatting in your report. If you could correct and delete the photo (staff can still see) that I'd appreciate it

 

We agreed to list the name for magician few days ago but at no given point we ever told him to also make a topic. That is a mistake on his side (no offence magician bud).

We are not affiliated with him and shouldn't be punished for his actions in my opinion. I will make sure this never happens ever again.

Im surprised how me and you nemesis always been good friends but you had to report me here instead of just dropping me a 2 minutes PM?

 

It seems he was encouraged to do so for a quicker sale.

 

@Sexd Once again, please refrain from leaking someone's RSN on Sythe or in general.

We told him he was free to advertise it but it didn't occur to us that he would advertise it on Sythe as well. There's more than one way for someone to advertise and he took a different avenue. At no point did we say "Hey @xmagicianx1 please go advertise it on Sythe. Your brand new post from an unknown user is going to send people over the top for this one name."

We're aware that this happened and have mitigated the post which had been up for a total of 8 hours with 72 views at the time of this reply.

I know you handle a lot of sales/commission sales. When taking on listings you do not fully own, there needs to be clear guidelines between owner/seller. As you know from your previous bans/reports for similar situations.

 

Our guidelines are relatively clear however in light of this event I will be adding to our commission ToS that they are under no circumstance allowed to post their name on Sythe while they are still listed with us.

 

As you said here, he was given free reign to advertise. You met through sythe I assume.

 

Actually I said "at no point" before quoting that very sarcastic comment.

If I remember correctly we met through Alex's discord.

 

It seems you guys have some logistics to sort out privately, but this doesn't rise to the level of market manipulation.
