Why am I banned?

Hello sythe community, today I checked on sythe on my phone & I found out I was banned? When I click “banned” with a link there’s another profile that pops up so I am not sure what’s going on, if someone said that’s me then I think there’s been a mistake, I have never scammed anybody, all I did was post a name to check what the price was and when I went on my phone to go on the site to search for stuff it said I was banned, please someone help I don’t want myself getting in trouble for something I didn’t do, thank u
