What do you think the mods will decide you’ll either have to refund full amount or you have to refund half the amount and still finish the 99 Firemaking job i originally paid for.

No, i thought that you were just stalling me so i made the report just incase you were planning on scamming other people
 
Let them decide the best decision for this case, I will be happy with whatever their decision is, but you will not leave me as a scammer, you are a disrespectful person who causes these troubles! without reasons because there was no reason since I did not refuse anything whatever your decision I will be happy to see you!
