Reporting @Chicks for False advertisement, Hidden fees, and different trade agreements after purchases are already made.

Also theres no where stating I have to sign documents and give as much info as they ask for.

 

I agree it is misleading to have a total listed without any mention of fees until clicking through. I clicked through on my end and couldn't see a checkout fee unless I had sized the window to a specific size so I can see how a customer could be charged extra without not knowing.



The needing ID/other documentation is mentioned in their privacy policy, it's a standard requirement for purchasing digital products Chicks Gold | Cheapest Runescape and WoW Classic Gold.

Chicks or one of his reps is welcome to explain why the fees are not made clear and are in some cases just not showing up at all

 

We currently show fees only after choosing the amount of gold, and payment method. I checked our desktop, tablet, and mobile, and I see fees listed on each.

When resizing the window during checkout, the summary component does disappear, however, so does the pay now button. And so if you don't see the fees, you aren't able to pay. We didn't take this into account because users don't typically use a different device or resolution during the checkout flow.

 

@video ID Receiving emails, documents that needing to be signed is not stated. Also they mentioned it takes a week for a refund. Very inconvenient for me. A package is not being sent. Shouldn't take more then the 3rd day.
