Explanation of the trade:
So on my clans page they had this discord listed as an advert for services.

I went into the discord and spoke with Bendris (who is clearly multiple people) about a service for my account. I wanted a zerker account with 60 attack. The account before services was this:


The service was very cheap, as I think they are vennys. The order was for Bgloves, mm2 and lunars + skills.

They then proceeded to train the account I had provided them, however they did the wrong quests and had 45 defence with still multiple key quests required for a zerker. They had completed holy grail.

None of the freminik quests had been completed so further defence XP would have been gained.


I requested compensation for the account that had been ruined by the services, they offered to create an account from scratch and get the levels I had on it + complete the service.

I accepted this as it was the best I was going to get despite it was going to take ages.

I would like to add during this that the service had been quite slow already and when asking for updates on the order they would be ignored.

The above occurred on the 31st January.

On the 18th February this screen shot was proivided to me of the update of the account:


After a month this is where the account is currently at, as you can see very little progress has been made on the account.


Since the 25th of February no one has logged into the account to level it.

When asking in the ticket for assistance I have been either ignored or sent random messages.







I am asking for assistance on this as the account I have now is still so under leveled compared to the account I purchased.

The service itself is a mess and the people posting prices are down as users in the service with only the main profile bendris responding to any tickets.

I believe that the people listed above are all using the username bendris. As in the account sales section they are listing the profiles above sythe pages.

You will see above that @benhony Is also advertising his discord in his name and a worker for safequest. Which I believe is now called Bendris services. As the link advertised in @SafeQuest sythe page here:

I feel this is quite confusing to summarise. I have linked all the discord profiles that have been posting in ranked only channels, so you can cross reference with sythe forums to see which accounts belong to them.

You will notice that even the people as staff are regular members in this discord and only The discord profile Bendris has a different rank to anyone.

You will notice that Benhony discord does not match up with the discord photo I sent as I believe that the one I have sent is the overall account that multiple people access.

 

To confirm,

I am posting this as I no longer want this service to be completed by these people and am after compensation for the original account.

As neither the service or the original account has been completed.

I am sick and tired of being ignored and no progress being made.

Upon making this post it goes to show how shady these people are given teh multiple profiles.

You posted a lot of information here but did not concisely explain what happened. Also people being ranked in a discord where you were scammed does not necessarily implicate them in scamming you.

To clarify, who did you purchase an account from, what is their Sythe username, and what is their Discord UID?

Agree, was a very difficult scam report to fill out, reason for listing so many people is because I do not believe Bendris the user is a single person. Rather multiple people using a single discord account as a central point.

I did not buy an account. I paid for a Powerleveling service from them for Bgloves, MM2 and lunars.

The service then did the wrong quests and meant the account was not able to stay a zerker. The seller agreed to level up a fresh level 3 account to the stats I had originally had + complete the service.

However, the service stopped on my account and no progress has been made for 10+ days with the seller responding gibberish to my discord messages.

I believe the seller to be SafeQuest, as if you go to the sythe page I have linked it is his service in there.

This is the user that I believe is the central account who is the only person to respond to tickets, however multple users throughout who I have tagged in the post are admins on the server and who set the server up. However, none of them are listed as mods, only the account below is.

Alright guys so my name is Briding Hard and I AM NOT BENDRIS Yes I used to work with him and created Safequest but I left around Late December after I noticed him slacking and just not working as he was when we first started so I left and stopped doing services point blank. Bendris is a very talented Venezuelan but I guess he got greedy or was really in need . Still doesn't condone what he's done . Anyways Sorry to you guys and feel free to delete this acc/block it as I won't use it EVER.

Revived as this is unresolved evidently

 

1. Just wanted to give you an update on this, as it has not yet been resolved and the seller is refusing to assist any further.
   
   on 14th March the account received a Perm ban by Jagex for RWT.
   
   I had asked him for an update on the account for the last 2 days and had been ignored. I had attempted to highscore the account and it didn't show up. I attempted to login to the account via Runescape.com and the account was locked. I submitted a recovery for the account and upon recovering teh account saw it had been banned.

No rules have been broken from your discord. Literally, just refund me, your entire service is a joke. You have copy and pasted multiple threads for your TOS and they aren't happy about it.

You have had numerous clients realise what you are doing, and you are now trying to cover it up.
