We have been flagged as TWC because of 'Bear Gold', a seller who at this moment in time is perm banned.

He has no evidence that I left that feedback, I do not use trust pilot, if somebody is using trsutpilot under MY name to DISCREDIT my business, that's a different matter.

If he has created a trustpilot account and named it a name similar to our selling business, that's utterly scummy and THAT should be taken seriously. I can provide you with hundreds of positive reviews, all of which are linked on OUR discord channel. We are registered with HMRC which I'll happily show privately and do everything by the book, pay taxes etc.
