Link the current Sythe account: @Menk @Awaisy
Which violation you are reporting the user for: Ban evading and still using my assets unrightfully.

• The settings on the saber plugin (the lightsaber effect) are exactly the same on banner 2 and 3 which Menk made recently. This is can't be a coincidence because there are hundreds of different parameters.

• The exact same effects (four different ones). It can not be a coincidence that the exact series of effects were used.
  • The distortion zoom in
  • The normal zoom in
  • The shake effect
  • The text animation in effect

• The exact same bevel values on the text.

• The exact same shadow values (spread, size and distance) on the text used in the banners.

• How they both have GFX-DESIGNER beneath their name. Again with the exact same bevel values.

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Menk was previously banned from Sythe for a month and is still banned from the graphic section for 3 months for the following offenses: https://www.sythe.org/threads/menk-stealing-assets-plagiarism/

One could imagine that you would learn from the mistakes and ride out the merciful punishment. But instead, you keep using my files to make banners, not only for yourself but also for the account you are ban evading with. There is a serious lack of IQ here and I believe this person will never learn from his mistakes.

 

Forgot to mention that obvious that the banners are the same dimensions (not standard). EVERY other graphic designer uses 650x90 for banners but Menk and Awaisy happen to both use 650x80.

The reason they are this size is because of @Menk's incompetence in After Effects. He took the first banner (1) and rescaled it with the aspect ratio lock on. That way he got the right dimensions to use for a signature which is 650px in width but compromised the height.

Off topic: Funny how this guy still hasn't learned how the transitions in my .aep works. You have to put them so they line up with the layers for a smooth transition buddy.

The settings on the saber plugin are not the same as i can see, mine is more cyan and awaiy's has a bit darker cyan.However you should ask him that and not me. You said that the same zoom effects are used (as i can see same effects are not used but even if they are i don't really care when i see banners on sythe from other people all of them have same effects).Again you should ask him that and not me.


Regarding to this, if someone says that these 2 banners are same, this cannot be from a sober and reasonable man.Banners are not the same at all.

-animations are different,
-zoom effects are different,
-saberplugin is not the same,
-moving at the start of banner is not the same.
-No RTFX effects have been used in my banner at all.
-Duration of banner is not the same.
-Background is not the same.
-No peak effects are used at the first banner aswell.
-No spark effect in the background that i have
-Size is not the same.

Taking all this as true and obvious facts, the reason for putting my name here is unnecessary




My Opinion: I think Izad has put my name in here just to defile my integrity and to disdain my work.

 

You took the first banner, changed the font and background and thought no one would see it’s the same.

But I’m sure it’s all a coincidence. When your forum ban was lifted you used my files again to make yourself a banner, although you’re not allowed to. The only one who is allowed to edit the file is EuroDuels. Although you own both brands they should be considered different juridical persons. Looking past that, when you came back you made banner 2 displayed above. Awaisy coincidentally join a few days after and produces a banner that is identical on the parameters I listed before.

You can argue all you want that the effects are not the same, but I’ve run this by multiple designers already who are very experienced in the program in contrast to you. Everybody who has viewed the banners thus far has agreed.

I will not put more effort into this, it’s obvious that all the banners were made from the same project files. Will let a moderator give his input. See you around GFX-DESIGNER.

 

Hello guys I am new to sythe.I have got kinda notification in my Inbox and i have read text from izad.
Do I need to do something? I saw he say my banner is similar to menks.
I saw menks banner few days ago and i really liked it, so i designed similar to his aswell.
is it not allowed or? I really did not know.

 

Hi guys i just saw izad say that my size is same of banner.
I just wanted to say,my banner has size 650x90 and menk got 650x80 and its not same.
This can be checked easy with inspect element. CRTL + I -> click on mouse -> mark banner.

 

So you found the EXACT bevel values for the text (size, altitude, angle and opacity) as the ones seen in Menk’s banner? You also found the EXACT same parameters of the saber plugin. I find this highly unlikely. Not to mention the effect used.

The sizes were different my bad. Disregard that. Everything else stands.

From awaisy's post i can see that he tried to make his banner similar to mine.
I personally don't have anything against that, all banners on sythe are similar.

By the way Izad you tell me you are experienced designer.
Same colours from other gfx-work can be easy taken.It's true there are many parameters, that's why people made programs.
For example "eye dropper". You can take the same colour you want for example from saber line or any other element of gfx-work.

So if i download transitions, text effects, etc. Ofcourse text movement and everything will be the same to everyone (You didn't make these effects custom - every single guy can use it by downloading it). If it's right what you say, then no one from designers is able to make the banner, that has speed like yours, that has glow like you have, that has text effect that you used. (and it will be the same since everyone downloaded same or indentical effects pack, unless you didn't edit it extra).No one should be able to use downloaded transition that you started using first, otherwise it will mean everyone copied your work since it will look same or identical.

 

Hi guys, I didnt use this eyedrop program to get colour, but its just similar as eyedrop program.This program can take any colour that i need when i mark something.I thought i can use it.

 

Of course you can use the same effects. But the project files I sent you include some transitions from a paid program. I find it hard to believe that Awaisy spent hours trying to find the same programs, exact same transitions and the exact same text effects (values identical, on the dot).

Adding to report: I want staff to know that the values of the text bevel effect I use is not used by anyone else EXCEPT for Menk who happen to POSSESS and actively USES my project files. And Awaisy of course who went to great lengths finding the precise parameters (out of hundreds) and edit them to the exact same values as Menk and I.

 

Everyone can make bevel effect in photoshop easy same, if he just puts more time and effort in it. Screenshot made this myself now in 1 minute. For those who don't know this kinda shadow on letters is bevel effect.
