What are your goals in life, and what are you actively doing to reach your goals?

This is not to be Runescape related, should apply to your real life.
Or hey, listen, it could be Runescape related, but it's my thread and I prefer to read about real lives and journeys !

 

Music keeps me sane, I've been brainstorming trying to come up with stuff to keep myself busy and maybe even on the computer less but I always seem to come back to it.. I might try to start working out and taking care of myself better if I am lucky enough to manage that I am going to find a nice girl to spend time with.

as for what I am doing to reach my own goals, I haven't really given it a go I just turned 20 less than a month ago and well that's scary IMO even though I've got a good job and could retire at before I turn 60 if I stayed with the company, is that really what I wanna do with my life? spend it working?

anyway that's whats on my mind maybe you will relate. GL and feel free to respond with whatever is on you're mind/what goals you would like to achieve in life.

Learning 4 languages, currently i speak potuguese and english fluently, and i'm learning spanish right now.I got into the runescape market because when i'm older and finally 18, i want to move to Canada.

I'll be going for my MBA in 2022, the goal is to work in Private Equity or VC.

Working towards further education to better myself and progress in my current job. Will eventually be hoping to drop out of work to go to uni to get my masters. Hope to get all this done within a 6 year timeframe and then I can start to focus fully on work!

 

You should definitely start working out, start small.
Needless to be said shortcuts get you nowhere in life, most of life is about the journey itself and the destination is yours to be chosen! Small things every day add up over increments and before you know it you can make huge changes to your mentality and physique. I would definitely suggest working out, even if it's light cardio, it makes big changes.

You're 20! Still young, I'm much older than you myself, and have the same predicament. I am fortunate enough to be employed by my fathers company which brings great security to me and my children in the future, but I am currently working on furthering my education to expand my knowledge and perhaps create my own succesful business one day.
