2 Day Macroing Ban After Using Service

Hi guys not sure where to post this but I just wanted some help. I used a service for some nmz combat training and within a few hours the owner of the service who claimed the ticket messaged me saying i got banned and to check the details of the ban.

When i checked, it said the offence date was today 4th March, the day he started the training and the ban was called 'Bot Busting Moderate' and it said i was banned for macroing. When I asked the owner he said it was because Jagex are cracking down on discord services so they just hand out 2 day macroing bans if they think you ordered a service.

He told me Sythe Mods could confirm the above. So i just wanted to know if what he said was true because it seems very weird.

 

maybe the trainer botted on the account, most of the trainers take pictures/videos to be able to prove they are not botting. could be a ban for service too.

 

If it is for a service and he carries on the service after the ban. Will it get perm banned?

 

Highly doubt it’s from a service mate, bot busting is when their detection system flags your activity and auto bans you. No way that Jamflex has anti Venezuelan software. Dude was probably using a shitty auto clicker or shitty scripts.

Pro tip. You can try and fight the ban saying that it was a hacked account. They will see that you logged in from another IP when your training was botting on your account and it should quash the ban.

 

Thank you, I am just waiting for the owner of the service who was the one training my account to reply to me. I have requested a refund minus the cost of the xp that he gained which wasn't much. I will give him a chance to respond and sort it out before reporting because he is normally a nice guy and has a lot of vouches.

 

nmz ban rate is extremely high due to jagex starting to crack down on all the accounts that max there to get sold as staking accounts. (people were pumping accounts through there like crazy last summer, you'd see 10+ outside nmz every world, no clue how many inside)

it's possible it was a false detection if the worker who was on your account at the time was doing like 4+ accounts in nmz at the same time, that happens alot to legit multiloggers, but still sucks
