Anyone ever sold an account to them?

I recently attempted to sell my account to them since I'm DNT on here and they gave me a pretty good quote for the account ( side project when quarantine started it was a race to barrows glove account ). I submitted all the info about the account, along with pictures of my ID and I got an email asking for another one with me in it as well as my ID, despite already sending one. I replied with the picture and a few minutes later was sent an email saying the sale was " closed " because I didn't pass the fraud check. I emailed back asking why I didn't pass or what I could change and they didn't reply.

I opened a new attempt to sell the account but never got an email and even asked support what not passing the fraud check means and they said they don't have any information but since I didn't pass I won't be able to sell my account to them.

Does anyone have any experience with this happening or anything? Its their business and they're allowed to deny anyone they want service, I just wish they'd explain what they deem fraud. They have my account info, they can do a recovery test, my IP matches my creation state as well as my phone area code, I've sent 4 different live pictures of my ID and me pictured with my ID directly from my phone. @Accountwarehouse if you can shed some light on what I did wrong that would be great.
