I was banned on the 27th of January 2008 by "Rabbie." I discovered this about 2 weeks after the ban and because I was busy with revision and exams. I did not make a dispute. Now, that I am less busy I am disputing my ban. Rabbie was banned 4 days after he reported me for scamming, guess what he did to get banned, he scammed.. http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=365866&highlight=Dasshoku
is the thread where i was reported by Rabbie.
The first post he gave was denied by Daily, "not enough proof."
The other post he gave included one image: http://img261.imageshack.us/my.php?image=isthisenoughproofeq8.jpg which was the same as the image he included in the first post:http://img136.imageshack.us/my.php?image=proofiq3.jpg , but that post got me banned. I admit that i wanted to buy the steam account as I did play counter strike etc. However, I was just interested in buying it,no more.

I'd certainly say there is no significant amount of proof more in the second one than the first one.
 
Is there any reason why you signed off during the trade?
 
Dasshoku asked me to post the following in response to Penny.

"Basically, I'm trying to say, that that was not me. I did not go any further than the PM. I also said that he was banned for scamming just 4 days after reporting me. Also, meebo looks very much like a chat log to me."

Hmm, that sounds like a lie. You PM'd him at 5:14 PM, which matches the time in the screenshot where you said you would PM him.

"Some of what said in the picture was real, like when I said I'm going to PM you, after a certain time in the convo I did not say the rest. I said I would PM him and I would buy, what happened after was that he said something about the account, I think he said it was vac banned or something, we then were talking and I decided not to buy"
