Ordered 5k wow gold from chicksgold Chicks Gold | Cheapest Runescape and WoW Classic Gold

It is now 9:07 PM and I still do not have the gold I ordered. They advertise on PA as 20 minute delivery and do not let users know it will take hours for delivery before purchasing on there website. << they should probably let people know if this is the typical policy.

I ordered this gold for an order that I received for my selling because they did not advertise hours upon hours of delay.

So now I have no idea what to do my customer that I was purchasing for is
flipping upside down and chicksgold is not replying for the last hour on live chat.

Also due to the length of delivery from Chicks I now have a PA dispute open.

Now I will have a bad reputation given on PA as well as a return payment fee. Due to Chicks not delivering on time as stated on their website.

Update 10:20PM still no gold, I've concluded my dispute with PA and received negative reputation for my trade. Also I am being charged a return fee of $7.98.

Unfortunately I'm on my way to bed now will check back on this in the morning.

 

Hi @Blue Sentinel, I'm really sorry for the delay you experienced here. I work with Chicks and he should be available soon to respond to this report, but I just wanted to ask if you or your customer have received the gold yet? We did send it about 11 hours ago while we were discussing with you in live chat, and it's my understanding that WoW deliveries take about 1 hour via the in-game mail system to show up in your account after we send.

There was a delay with our suppliers on that server and I apologize that it wasn't better communicated to you before this report was made.

 

Yes Wow deliveries take an hour your website says 5 minutes. This transaction in total took well over 4 hours. Which means if the gold was sent in 5 minutes it would of taken 1 hour and 30 minutes give or take depending on the server.

Anyhow the gold was received. You guys should warn folks before they buy gold if its going to take forever and a day to get it. Most wow players understand the 1 hour delivery time but 5-6 hours that's crazy mang.

 

You're right, and again I'm sorry that it took so long. We'll work on making sure our communication is better on this.
