Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Due to the report that recently was posted, the information in regards to me being connected to "Heros" was classified and only available to staff so thus i'm unable to report on my acting on these events.

Have you fully read and followed the pardon rules and requirements in this thread? As far as I understood I have followed the template and the rules in regards to how to post.

I'd like to add that all our current service orders have been paused and no more orders will be accepted until this is resolved. We have also informed all our staff to this to ensure that no more orders are taken/handled.
