Explanation of the trade: He ordered 70 M 07 for 25.90 EUR via Revolut, gave him the details and he made the payment apparently. Since he's US based and Im EU based, Revolut payment to local bank takes 1 extra business days to arrive (not instantly), in these situations, when the payment was made via Revolut we do not make the customer wait till the payment arrives successfully, because once the payment is sent - its no longer reversible as stated by Revolut itself, so I delivered him the goods as I usually do in such cases. I contacted him after 1 business days and I received an answer that the payment is still pending (it was odd, because I haven't experienced delays for more than 1 business days from Revolut) and I told him that 'its alright, I can wait for a bit more', with the hopes that it'll arrive the next day. Another day passes, I contact him and Im being ignored for the whole day. Then yet another day he replies, stating something like 'the bank is asking for some additional verification from him and that he can't be bothered with that', completely ignoring me from this point and bailing away without paying our or refunding the gold.
