buying level 100-115

hello sythe.org i am wanting to buy an account around 90-115 here are the requirements:

the account can't have and recoveries, bank pin etc.
the account has to have 4M+ on it(for armor, weapons, etc.)
if it has like verac's or something then you don't need the 4m
you have to be trusted.
has to be able to wield all barrows.

this isn't mandatory but please try to get a skill or fire cape.
oh ya and you have to use paypal.
