Valkor - Use of personal photos without consent

Which violation you are reporting the user for: Disclosure of Others' Personal Information, Defacing User Photographs, Malicious Off-site Activities.
Why you think they are breaking the sythe rules: Valkor used photos of mine posted to personal social media sites, edited them and used them in a malious way to attempt to make fun of me in a public Discord server. @Valkor used my email I paid him via coinbase for goods to search for me on social media. He did also at one point mention my mother's name to me in an attempt to force me to pay him an amount referred to in another report.
This sort of childish behaviour is completely unacceptable.
Valkor should recieve a permanent DNT for malicious off-site activity and a ban.
All proof can be given via Discord as I will not be posting the photos here. @Superfluous has already seen the proofs.

Seeing as I wont be getting the files I want back I will risk Valkor running off with them and still pay my other debt to clear my DNT.

 

"Malicious Off-site Activities: If you are found to have committed offences elsewhere (as in, on other sites) which would constitute a ban here on Sythe had they been committed here, we may use these offences as an indicator of your character and choose to ban you from Sythe. Offences committed prior to your Sythe membership may also be considered depending on the nature of the offence."

 

"Disclosure of Others' Personal Information: Posting information such as private emails/MSNs, private Skype accounts, Facebook accounts, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, etc. of someone other than yourself without explicit consent of that person will result in up to a 1 month ban regardless of whether or not the information is publicly available. If a picture was posted by its owner on Discord or Sythe, this rule still applies. In addition, there will be a DNT given which will need to be pardoned for."

 

@Andy it is resolved, I won't be getting the files I want so it doesn't even matter anymore I have no use for the files at all

 

He got what he wanted and I dont, so issue is resolved, but this one isn't.

 

No further action is being taken here. @Valkor is entitled to try to get you to pay what you owe him, and we have historically not punished scam victims from sharing this sort of thing in the past.
