Hi there,

I already have a case regarding a ban on my account RS Farmer, I was wondering why i got a DNT on this account? I have never scammed anyone in my life, through RS Farmer, or through this sythe account. And i got a non market user status, even though i am a market user. I was just wondering if you could clear up some things for me as i do not really know what is going on at the moment, as I have not heard back from anyone regarding anything as of yet.

Apologies for the delay, there is a backup of pardons that we're currently processing. We'll update you about your pardon on that thread you made last week.

As for DNTing this account, all of your accounts will remain DNT'd until the pardon is resolved.
