He is saying 1900$ then, no now 1899$. Your value of bitcoin upon receiving transaction doesnt change, as the spot price is locked in on that moment. The actual value of the bitcoin will ofcourse change over time.

How they scammed: Paying out 1900$ worth instead of 1902$.

Currently he has delivered 2.5b, I want him to payout the rest what is owed. Being another 2.5b to me and the money difference he can send to the sythe repayment fund.

 

Value when received showed as $1900.52 as actual value was $1899.21, I decided to meet in the middle and call it 1900 usd for a flat 5000M. Last time we traded you made a big deal out of a dollar or less as well, so I'm not paying up more because I cba dealing with poor kids like you.

I informed him about all other exchanges having a big difference with blockchain, he refused to adjust. Prior that day we have the example of a correct website like bogla.com. Who acknowledged the incorrect price differences and corrected the difference even though they don't have to as normally blockchain is indeed the standard.

This happens too many times and am tired of always having to give in. He also knows that is absurd to open disputes for 2$ that's why he can say things like take now or I will go eat. If you don't take this now I wont give you anything etc etc etc. If you want more evidence I can get you more evidence there is so many things.

You realise this is with the fee included, right? $6.74 fee, which makes it $1900.53 and $1898.29 respectively that I've received on my side. Don't know where you're getting the $2 from, pal.

Nicely done taking it out of context, I put up 2.5b in trade for 5 mins and you weren't accepting because you wanted 1m extra, my dinner was ready and I'm not gonna keep waiting on you.

We always pay blockchain btc rates, no exceptions. It's funny how you also use blockchain wallet, but because BTC price was different on coinbase and different platforms at the time you wanted me to send extra money because that was to your advantage.

This was already dealt with at the time, and mods ruled you were in the wrong so not sure why you are bringing this up again.

@Searchy I promised you TWC here, but I'm going to be lenient, as it's been over two months and I don't find this case TWC worthy.
While $0.53 on a $1,900+ transaction doesn't seem to be that much, it's still considered a bad trading practice, although very minor compared to what we usually issue TWC for.
That being said, please try to avoid getting into similar situations.
