DNT Dispute

I was banned a few months ago for "recovering" an account I sold. I am unable to recover it but am willing to pay the difference. I apologize for ghosting as I'm truly not sure how the account was recovered but I did not have any bad intentions when selling the account. I was always planning on coming back at some point in order to pay the dues. It wasn't right to ignore the situation, but I wasn't financially able to handle the unexpected event at the time.
