No Home IP

I have been placed no home ip, they have created my account from another place since I do not understand the interface very well, because of this I think that I was not added to the pokemon tournament, I would like to know if something can be done.

The instructions on how to remove your TWC are explained in the first post, here: https://www.sythe.org/posts/38193657/. Please have a good read of them and create a new thread from your home IP (not wireless connection) to have it removed.
