3x charms on PvP worlds?

I was wondering if monsters are supposed to drop 3x the normal amount of charms per drop on PvP worlds. I'm killing black drags in the evil chicken's lair on a PvP world and I've been getting 3 greens per kill. Do black dragons do this normally, or is it because I'm on a PvP world?

 

Normal droprate for charms at king blacks. Pretty decent droprate tbh, you'll get around 30 high level charms with a full inv of hides and dbones

No, I'm at NORMAL black dragons. Each kill is dropping 3 green charms.
Just 3 crimson charms from one.

 

It may not work in pvp worlds, then. They should be dropping 9, I believe.

 

3 is normal. No, it's not double
