Explanation of the trade: 9/01/24 - 3rd Age Services hosted a megascale giveaway/raffle where once you spend $100 on services within their Discord you get entered into the giveaway.
How they scammed: Earlier in the year of 2024, 3rd Age Services hosted a raffle where you purchase a ticket for an item they're raffling, I believe it was $5 per ticket. I entered that raffle and said raffle just magically disappeared without the raffle spots being filled and I never received a refund. Unfortunately I do not have much proof of this besides this simple screenshot from someone else wondering why it disappeared imgur.com - Never heard anything about that raffle after that message.

9/01/24 - 3rd Age Services announces a megascale giveaway where if you spend $100 on services within their Discord you're entered into a Megascale giveaway. Seeing this I had a feeling the "giveaway" was just going to disappear like the last. In his first announcement, he says "20 slots". Then once spaces start filling up it now becomes 25 spaces.

10/22/24 - 2 more spaces left within the giveaway

Giveaway disappears sometime after that.

1/1/25 - I ask MrGeek(owner) what happened to the megascale giveaway and he states "Had to pause it for a little due to baby and new PC. Need to load up the old laptop to get the entries" As of today, it's been 3 months since there has been "2 more spaces left". imgur.com
Which would maybe be believable if he had announced it in the megascale giveaway channel instead of just hiding it unannounced and if it wasn't 3 months after there was only 2 spots left

Seems pretty shady to have giveaway's that you have to spend money on to enter just "disappear" unannounced

I would like to apologise for the delayed response and any inconvenience this has caused.

Regarding the raffle, I truly have no idea... It’s been quite a while since we last ran one, and I regret that I cannot provide more clarity. Looking through all transcripts with Nebula, the only mention of a raffle was back in March 2024 which ran on 2nd April, looking at the general chat at the time where people were commenting from the live stream.

Now, moving on to the Megascales, I must take full accountability for the delays here. This should have been rolled out much earlier, and I acknowledge that it’s taken far too long. There have been various reasons for the delay, and unfortunately, I failed to maintain transparency with the community about what was going on. This was a mistake on my part, and I deeply regret not keeping everyone informed.

I am fully committed to moving forward with the draw, but I must also inform you that due to the changes in the Megascales system in-game, the prize will be equivalent to the balance in the winners' Discord wallets, which they can use for other services instead. This can be completed within the next few days and will be streamed on the discord.

I understand that this isn’t ideal, and I wish I could go back and make things right. Unfortunately, I’m unable to undo what’s happened or provide further details on some aspects of the delay. That said, I should have passed this matter over to one of the managers to handle in my absence, and I deeply regret not doing so.

Again, I apologise to our community for these delays. I know this isn’t the level of service you expect or deserve, and I take full responsibility for that. Please know that I am doing everything I can to ensure this won’t happen again in the future, and I am committed to improving the process moving forward.

I am unable to provide a time for this as it was all on my old computer with no date stamps against it.

Can you provide all transcripts associated with RSNebula when it comes to raffles? Including the service one in question to be eligible for this raffle.
