3D Movies

What do you guys think of the new 3D movie revolution? It seems like every movie that comes out these days is in 3D, but not in true 3D, the kind where they just convert it to 3D, and charge you the extra 3 dollars for nothing. I am personally tired of paying even more for already expensive movies, because being in 3D isn't really all that cool.

When i was little they were awesome. But now they just seem blahhhh. Theres really no difference in my opinion except the fact that you see the stuff in 3d.
I won't pay extra to see any movie in 3d.

3d movies are more , um at the movies?

Well of course, nobody likes to pay more for a 3D movie, but you have to figure in the cost of the glasses you need to buy each time, and well they are probably not nearly as easy to create as a normal movie. I do not have a problem paying the extra couple of dollars. If you have not already seen, jackass 3D is the most funny movie out there right now. Must see !

Avatar was good in 3d,that was the only good 3d movie I enjoyed alot though.

Actually I think most movies they shoot with normal cameras, then convert it, which is why nothing comes out at you. And the glasses are cheap colored plastic that probably cost less than 50 cents per.

No, I don't like them that much, they make me sick to my stomach most of the time and they don't make it all that much more special.

Personally I don't like paying more for a 3d movie. Jackass coulda been not 3d and been just as funny, same with Saw. You all do know a good percent of both those movies were not 3d.

I agree with the going too far with the tv's but I have heard 3d movies are better on 3d tvs than in a theater.

I haven't seen a movie recently in 3D, let alone a movie at the actual theatres for yonks. I did see Shrek in 3 dimensions when I was like 9... it blew my mind.

Usually these "3d Movies" have one or 2 things pop out of the screen throughout the entire movie and the trailers for other movies before the actual movie itself had more 3d action. They are using the 3d glasses crap to get more people to go to the movies because they think it will be cool. *cough cough* jackass 3d *cough cough*. I haven't seen Saw 3d, but I don't plan on seeing it in 3d when I do go to see it because I don't want to waste my time paying a couple extra bucks at the already expensive movie theater in my area.
