TWC Dispute

Link to/reason for TWC: resolved
List of vouches since receiving TWC: Insaidas Vouches only got 1 vouch from @Nomivore since then because I don't sell many accounts lately and I'm not that active as before.
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I sold a minnows acc to a brand new user and a few days later he asked for a refund. His reasoning was sketchy and I pm'ed a mod if the guy can get a refund for that. Before I got a reply I was already reported. Everything else is in the report.

Anything else you wish to say: I'm a fair person, wouldn't scam anyone. The opposite to that, I busted a lot of scammers and ban evaders in the past when I was more active.
