    [Section Rules] OSRS Leagues

For training skills on accounts, the following rules apply:

    Rules:
    1. It is the trainer's responsibility to disclose to the buyer if the account(s) will be botted on.
    2. An explicit refund and returns policy must be defined by the trainer and agreed upon by the buyer (in writing) before services are rendered.
    3. In order for a policy to be enforced, the trainer must ensure the buyer has read, understood and agreed to said policy.
    4. If the service you offer is outsourced or done by someone other than you, you MUST inform the buyer either through your Terms of Service or in Skype/PM. Failure to follow this rule would grounds for a TWC, market ban, or further consequences.
    5. Prior to the start of a service, the service provider MUST inform the customer that any valuables should be removed from the account. Failure to follow this rule may be grounds for a TWC, market ban, or further consequences.
    6. If you are going to post on a service request thread, you must include a quote for the service OR a specific question clarifying what the thread owner is requesting.
    7. You may not request free skilling, but you may offer it.
    8. You may not require or promise a vouch for a service. Vouches should only be given out if the person has done a good service to you.
Failure to comply with the above may result in disputes being awarded to the buyer by default.

For selling accounts, the following rules apply:

    Rules:
    1. The selling of hacked, cracked, and phished accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in a ban.
    2. You may only sell Old school RuneScape League accounts in this section.
    3. You must clearly state if you are the original owner or not before trading. Users are free to ask who the original owner is before trading.
    4. An explicit refund and returns policy must be defined by the seller and agreed upon by the buyer (in writing) before a sale occurs.
    5. Anyone who wishes to sell an account must maintain "recovery responsibility" (they must refund their buyer if the account is recovered or becomes locked and they are unable to unlock it) for at least a month after the sale. If you are an account seller and you do not specifically mention your recovery responsibility in your Terms of Service, by default you have recovery responsibility for two years.
    6. Users may only have one thread in this section, if you wish to buy and sell accounts you will need to merge the threads together.
    7. You may not blur out more than 5 stats from your account's levels pictures.
An account with an unregistered email can still be recovered

Threads MUST display the follow information or they will be locked:
A screenshot of the account's levels* (Example) (Example RS3) - You may only blur up to 5 stats and the total level. (Example)
A screenshot of the account's wealth [If specified] (Example) (Example RS3)
A screenshot of the lobby screen [If specified for membership] (Example) (Example RS3)

    * If your account is exceptionally unique you can request an exception to this requirement by contacting a staff member. Staff reserve the right to deny these requests for any reason.

If your account has any offence history you must notify your buyer before trading. Failure to do so will result in disputes being awarded to the buyer by default.

    Additional Information:
    1. Confirm who you are speaking with if trading over Discord. Understand how the unique ID works and double check it before trading at all times. Follow this guide.
    2. Check the report a scammer section before trading someone large amounts of RuneScape gold.
    3. Take screenshots of usernames you trade including the chat you get it from.
    4. If you have been scammed, please make a report here.
    5. After the completion of a service on your account, please change your password and end all mobile sessions on your account; for your account's safety.
