These seem to just be accusations rather than valid claims as he's not banned from the site nor is there proof of anything and one of the accusers is from a high risk user. If there's some sort of proof outside of the word of the couple of users here, then I'd be lenient to change this to a TWC/DNT. Let me know if that ever happens by reporting this post with the proof or making another one.

EDIT: I can't see the player up link as I get some sort of 404 error not sure if it's just because I don't have an account or a site issue, but if there's proof inside that please refer to the last sentence in my first paragraph and I'll change the verdict here if there's a valid report behind that.
