Xiabot - Customer Service

Reported @XiaBot for pi** poor customer service.

He does not reply to his customers who purchase his service and need an authentication code.

Currently there is complete uproar on the discord channel regarding customers that have purchased auth/premium. People have now been waiting 2 weeks or even some cases more for their activation key!

@XiaBot has been warned many of times regarding his poor communication with his customers who pay premium prices and it's about time he pays for it.

Many charge-backs have been processed so please do not waste your time as it getting worse & worse each month. The owner is living the high life whilst taking people's money.

I suggest everyone requests a charge back and reports this seller to PayPal.

if you go to the xiabot page, theres tons of people paying for this service and not even getting a response from the admin about this, it took me 11 days to receive my key, after this key runs out my xia bot days are over for sure
