Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!):

Giant Goliath and Zora share what I believe is a static IP match. I believe that Zora accidentally logged in from their home IP with Giant Goliath and had to make a story about why their home IP is on an account they would eventually use to scam quit. So they came up with the idea of saying it was for a test bump bot making plausible deniability.

They share similar interests, discord servers for services.

They are both dutch and closely interact. At the best they are close acquaintances in real life and Zora should be liable for Giant Goliath's scams.

I think this deserves a DNT on Zora.

In this thread if you look the screenshot you see this:

He says he joined Sythe because of Zora. This means that he 1) has close personal relations to Zora resulting in them posting from the same home IP and Zora should be held accountable or 2) he is Zora

If you look at this thread, you see that Zora vouched Giant Goliath 10 times. This should be treated as self vouching as they share a static IP address and obviously know each other in real life and did not disclose this.

All this being said, Zora seems very sketchy and a danger to the community. Zora gave Giant Goliath the boost he needed to be able to get a reputation and scam quit. Luckily @Wortel revealed some information making him pay people back.

So it appears this is a user who has been scammed 1b by Giant Goliath and blames me for his actions, but at the same time he also thinks I'm him. Although this Sythe profile doesn't seem to be linked to a Discord, it's likely that this person contacted me on Discord a few days ago with the exact same story as here.

The conversation with this user was in Dutch, I'm posting two of these chats here where he threatens to dox + where I explained him why me and Giant Goliath share an audit.

Now I will go by each one of your arguments and give an explination.

Giant Goliath and Zora share what I believe is a static IP match. I believe that Zora accidentally logged in from their home IP with Giant Goliath and had to make a story about why their home IP is on an account they would eventually use to scam quit. This story is already known and I've told this to @video on the 26th or July.
Also, mods can see which post is posted from which IP. Every bump from a specific timeframe ( not sure exactly, but we stopped at around the 26th and it lasted for roughly a week? ) will be from my IP. However, it will always be the exact same message with 'bump' or whatever text the auto bumper he wanted to use'. No other post made by me are from his IP and no other post made by him are on my IP. I have full chat logs here with Giant Goliath.
I have a lot of PC's and I use them for my own autobumper, website and more. I rented one of these out to Giant Goliath. He later switched to Virmach.
This bumper is used by 5+ other Sythe users, which I can give the names of in private to a mod/admin.

I have indeed known Giant Goliath for a while now. I don't only sell on Sythe, but also on 'Marktplaats' ( Dutch online marketplace ) and I have 100s of customers via Whatsapp. This is how I met Gianth Goliath. I've been selling him gold and been doing services for him. I later told him about Sythe.

Each of these transactions I have proof for. I believe most of these transactions were via PayPal or BTC, so I can easily provide proof for every transaction

Hmm, his first vouch is from me where I sold him 50m ( not really a great vouch, all noobs have vouches from people selling them gold ). Then the second time I vouches him is his 28th vouch. So vouch-wise you can't really call this giving him a boost.
I have however taught him how to do business on Sythe, how to find workers and told him a lot about my business. However, I am not responsible for the actions of someone else. It appears that he has paid back his scam victims, I don't know why he scammed these people. I woke up to Whatsapp messages from him appologizing and saying he paid everyone back because he couldn't sleep. As he does appear to have paid everyone back I am not going to post these conversations here, but I can provide this all to the mod/admin handling this.

@Giant Goliath has been showing signs of being a scam quitter for a while now and I have been waiting to make this report until he did. Me and my friends actually had bets about when he would do it and I won.

So back on point. My accusation is you accidentally logged into the account Giant Goliath and knew that he had the intention of scam quitting based on personal connections to him (or you could be him not throwing that out 100%).

With your IP being tagged, you came up with a story about making an auto bumper. Coincidentally, this auto bumper has never been shared with other reputable players? Only 1 scammer plus Sythe accounts you clearly own with "Zora" in the name.

From this point on, faking PayPal payments and chat transcripts is effortless. Since you realized you fucked up and had to actively cover your tracks going forward.

The point stands that a scammer and only a scammer shares a home IP with you. And your explanation frankly is lacking. Of course Giant Goliath stopped posting from your home IP, you fucked up when he did it to begin with and you developed a cover story to explain it while allowing yourself to interact with a player to coincidentally shares the exact same geolocation, interests and transactions with you.

False, like I mentioned before, I have sold this to multiple reputable players.
This I can easily show to the mod handling.

Also, last year I ran a big autobumping project where I autobumped for other users. The rules were later changed. When this year the rules were changed again where a 300$ donor could use a bumper, I have been using my bumper again. I later got messages from other users who asked which bumper I used, and that resulted in selling my bumper to some others.

I have transactions with Giant Goliath before he used my autobumper. I have found out that his Dox was recently posted by another member. I can easily verify myself ( ID included ) via a life Discord call with any mod

Because Giant Goliath is the only person I rented my VPS to. I was messaged by a mod that this is not allowed so I stopped doing so after. And no, he set it all up via Teamviewer.

Going back and forth on this thread isn't going to help anything. I'll refrain from posting any further to prevent spam. I'll fully coorperate with any verification progress that Im asked to and to the mod/admin handling this, please contact me for any inquiries.

Oh look, another excuse as to why you share a static home IP address with a ban evader/scammer. Anyone who has been around Sythe 5 years and actively participates in reporting other users for IP audits should know that it is one of the primary means they utilize to identify scammers.

There have been countless other cases where uses claim someone they know who shares an IP address with them has committed the scam. I have seen these range from brother, sister, co-worker, friend, etc and they are all found guilty by association. They are responsible for their static IP address and you should be as well.

If you are let off the hook for this, scammers will take note they just have to fake a few transactions, donate lots of money to Sythe and come up with a half ass excuse as to why a home IP address could be shared.

Now take a look at this, @President is using an almost identical excuse! Pardon for President

He is claiming that the reason for his home IP audit with banned accounts is because of an autobumper. He is still banned and you should be too. The precedent is set and you are guilty. If you are not banned then @President will have been treated unfairly and deserves an unban.

@President associated IP user scammer $25. It was repaid. He was DNT’d and his pardon denied. This offense happened 10+ years ago.

@Zora associated IP user scammed ~1.5k. It has been partially repaid. This offense happened yesterday.

The only course of action is to follow the precedent and DNT Zora or free President.
