Unfortunately no terms were set here, the ordered was completed and paid for. Sometime after the completion the account was banned for RWT. Not much can be done here, I have already gave you advice on what to do next time @Flyin Jay such as not making payments until accounts are rested after being put back into your control. You are capable of making your own terms, and unfortunately none were set at the time of this transaction. Sorry for your losses
